How Does the World Change if More People Have Access to This Knowledge?

I would love the foundation of a new American culture to be strong, ethical and responsible negotiation. I think it looks like realizing potential rather than wasting it. We're all trying to negotiate how to make ourselves better off with other people. That's what makes me excited about negotiation.
