Job openings were 315,000 against 298,000 concensus. More people are ploughing back into the work force and that means a less tight labor market. But it still does under scorea very tight l labour market. When you look at wages growth on a year on new basis, it's still growing at five point two %. So still still hot, but at least a little bit touched below estimates.
