The Differential Diagnosis of Duchen Muscular Distrophy

We'll go over similarity and distinguishing features of the differential diagnosis. We'll talk about becker's muscular distrophy, spinal muscular atrophy, emery driphus distrophe, limb girdle distrophe and gion baracin drum. With duchens, know that beckers is more prone to cardio miapathy than duchen's muscular distophy. The goals will be to maintain ambulatory capacity as long as possible with cortico steroid therapy.
