The Importance of a Short Story

The story doesn't need to be a complete novel, but it needs to be kind of a novel letter that gets people hooked and causes them again to kind of say like, tell me where I need to sign up. Most of what we're doing is, yeah, we're probably spending at least on an initial meeting 45 minutes to an hour with somebody. And in that time period, we want to hear the story. We want to hear about them as individuals and team members. That's basically the arc of the story that we want to be able to hear.
