The Private Equity Lobby and the Ponzi Scheme

The private equity lobby is probably the most powerful lobby in Washington right now. Until big P becomes a pariah on K Street, I don't think you need to worry about those stocks too much. Even this last rally, this last year, I was just shocked at how many people were kind of grinning ear to ear because their privates didn't mark down.
