Steve's Story of Starting a Trading Account

When he was a teenager, maybe 16 years old, I was fascinated with compound interest tables. And I would for fun go through and see what money would compound at different rates over 10 year periods. So I started growing my capital at 18 years old in a tax deferred profit sharing account. In 1892, I think was my first distribution year, we actually had some capital, which had a thousand of dollars. That's when I thought that was just so much money when I was, you know, 19 years old.
