I think the barriers to learning are so low these days that it's almost incumbent upon you to at least do a few things to show that you're going out there. So number three, networking. Yeah, it's just so, so powerful. And my point four to help promote that networking journey is develop your profile on LinkedIn. Really amazing to see. There's this one student, I'll give him a shout out, Johanna, on our current summer intern program. We did like a LinkedIn content creating like masterclass day one of the program. He was run in then LinkedIn newsfeed alongside the head of market analysis at RBC and his post had more likes than all the rest
