The Fed's Tightening Cycle Is Ending
Small banks make about 40% of the loans in the U.S., and so that contraction of small business loans is going to have a big impact on the economy. Once 10-year yields peak, that's good for growth stocks and long duration assets. So I do think we could be in a situation where at the end of the year, maybe the economy's not quite as good as it is right now but the Fed tightening cycle has ended.
