Is There a Level of Mortgage Stress?
The level of mortgage stress you're in is not a criterion itself. So you might simply have missed one payment. That's the beginning of mortgage stress. But equally, we have clients who come in and they're just about to have the home sold from underneath them by the bank's legal team. So there are many stages in between. And we have because I work in a sort of an integrated team, we have social workers and lawyers as well. Do you talk to them? Absolutely. You'll know better that story better than I read it.
