There's been a major shift, even within the heritage foundation, how to approach these topics. A paper released just this week completely about turns on many of the recommendations from just two years ago. They suggest alphabet, amazon, apple, meta, microsoft should essentially be banned from finding a byside and sell side in a market. The third thing they want to do is codify the consumer welfare standard in law but incorporate into it a measure somehow that consumers can have free political speech on platforms.
