The Status Quo Is Unattenable

I'm i can't wait to hear yoere really strong arguments made yesterday. They made it a great case against roe and against casey. At the end of the day, as ii pointed out in the front of the court brief that i submitted along with senators halley and cruz, there isn't a constitutional case to be made for roe and casey. There is no case for applying story decisives ferring to the court's own prior precedente because that precedent is proven so unworkable. And for that very reason, i it can't stand.
