Is the Market Easing Out?
There's definitely still activity in the space, there's no doubt about it. But i really would go back to pointing at intrust rate and simply saying that this has really changed the affordability profile for a lot of people. If we do get this upward move in mortgage rates, we may see that afford ability really become constrained.
