Caroline Neville is the President of Cosmetic Executive Women, CEW, (@cew_uk/@cew_uk) the organisation dubbed the beauty world's networking club. CEW celebrates 25 years this year and what started as a small club of women who held executive positions in the beauty industry is now an organisation with over 1200 members and enables companies and individuals to build their brand. CEW members include makeup artists, journalists, brand owners and editors and in 2014 men in the industry were also invited to join. If you're a beauty fan you'll likely be aware of the CEW Awards, regarded as the Oscars of the beauty world, and how the coveted CEW Award winner seal can propel a product to 'icon' status overnight. As well as the CEW Beauty Awards there are also the CEW's Achiever Awards that recognise talent within the industry. Previous winners include designer Mary Quant, Dame Vivienne Westwood, Carolina Herrera, Dame Anita Roddick and Terry de Gunzburg.
