Are You Maintaining Your Pricing Power?
We are seeing the wage rates go up higher on more of an inflati, inflationery plath than it had historically. And we're having to do that to battle for talent. For us, my business is more small package. I tend to fly stuff to places and then handle line hauls locally. We do have some long s er faster because we're speed and we're small parcel delivery more.
