CNN's John Defterios sits down with former President Barack Obama to talk about the financial crisis of 2008. He says he was surprised by how quickly things went from bad to worse in just a few years. The U.S. government is still trying to figure out what happened, and why it took so long for Congress to act on issues such as Wall Street bail-out funds.
