Max Foster: Liz Truss has taken a pretty hard line against Putin. Boris Johnson did support Zelensky in the UK government, and I don't think that will change. She's promised to raise our defense spending to 3% of GDP, which would mean eye-watering additional spending on defense. The most interesting thing from what Max was saying there is what Joe Biden will make of Liz Truss' prime minister.
