The Importance of Transparency in Data Management
Young people making assumptions about how elder users might act and what their attributes are. Hopefully you have a team that is reflective in some way of your user base or has sort of the ability to involve users in the creation or the like planning of this stuff. It's really really important to make sure that people understand why you're using this information right having some level of transparency being able to say "this is because we want to do this with it"
