How to Write a Goal

When you write down a goal, you are externalizing an internal dialogue. You're reading it and you're only using half your brain. In order to get a full brain engagement, I mean why not? The idea here is not the accuracy of the image, but that it evokes in you your goal. All it needs to be is enough for you to get that feeling.
