Diversity and Inclusion Training
Nudge learning is what we call repetitive, tiny interventions that happen in the moment during work when you might be tempted to default back on your unconscious bias. A real case in point is diversity an inclusion training. As a consultant i often get requests from clients for something that really isn't a training solution. Training can make you aware but it's not going to change that underlying bias. If we want to change your behavior, we need to introduce feedback that can happen in real time.
