The Importance of Health Care in the Community
As infection rates began to soar, you can see a situation where fairly rapidly, the scale of the mortality would have got out of control. And when we look at who was dispensing medical care in the community here, again, we can see that our modern boundaries of what counts as medicine quickly become blurred. So i think we can expect those people to have offered help and to have done what they could. But this front line care would have been no easy task.
