EMP and Balloons in the Atmosphere

A balloon was used in 1958 to lift the first one megaton bomb up to about 85,000 feet to detonate. The gamma rays coming off of that nuclear detonation will impact the particles in the atmosphere knocking the electrons loose and induce a very, very high 2000 volts from meter-to-meter. So communists have been warning us now, Joe, for decades, if not centuries, about the long march to institutions. They've been taking over our institutions, collaborating with politicians. We know it's real and the EMP threat we have known about this.
