The treble at Inter is probably his greatest managerial achievement. The demise begins, I think, with the return to Chelsea and particularly the way that ended with outright civil war in the dressing room. And it feels to me like everything that came afterwards was Mourinho desperately scrambling to stay at the pinnacle when really his time had ended.
