There has to be a reason for releasing this garbled voicemail. The timestamp that we have is at 1.23 am on September 7th, 2012. Forensic audio expert Arlo West says software glitch from the phone company could have messed with that timeframe. He doesn't offer an alternate time of when he thinks the call could have been made.
