The Fed's Focus on Inflation Is Misplaced
When we look at the numbers, it's really just on the margin. And you nits a handful of companies that are going to be very impacted by that corporate minimum tax. But i think politically it plays very well too. Riht, this idea that very large, very profitable companies are able to avoid paying any taxes does not fit well with a lot of americans. So i think it helps to come o cle close the loophole but really isn't going to impact all that many companies.
