Do You Know How Many Cases Have the Board Selected So Far?
So far, we have 24 cases that we're counting on fob log. It's handed down 18 decisions, one of which was actually a mooted case. One of the things that i think is really interesting is how you can see the board sort of feeling out its dynamic with facebook there. 11 of those cases, again, setting aside the mooted case, the board overturned face book's original decision about whether to take down or leave up a piece of content. And only six of them did it. They were trying to be pretty diplomatic in the way that ty they handled thatmianit.
