Social media devices are designed with addictive blandishments in mind. They're designed to keep, there's a company called Dopamine Lab which helps to design programs for cellphones for God. When we don't generate it through meaningful activity, we get hooked into false activities that spike our dopamine for us.

In our society when rates of mental and physical illness are on the rise, despite advanced modern medicine, we must look within to ask where we are going wrong.
