How to Balance Your Feet and Footwear
Gase: I think balance comes from being able to organize our center of mass over the stance leg. So gase, I kind of break the gate cycle down into like everyone does, stance and swing. And if you can get into left stance and particularly mid stance, that's where our center ofmass is going to be stacked over that leg. Gase: Your head, your ribcage, and your pelvis should all be kind of stacked over that, which will allow you to keep your even foot pressure.
