I think people have always had models and different degrees of sophistication. It's the speed you can deploy those models and the sophistication you can bring to bear. Net promoter score would be certainly one of them together with things like complaints volumes. We're obviously looking at how the macros fairing, and we've done work with consultants is looking at what are those leading indicators on the macro that we should be taking into account.
