Management's Role in Agile

I think there's quite some overlap potentially between management and the Srommaster role, for instance. So could Srommasters build up the social system by talking to each other across the company? Absolutely. And also taking an agile approach in learning how to manage an agile organization. I like that talk about it's about not only efficiency but also are we doing the right thing.
