Are You Able to Get the Employees That You Need?
The number one issue in the United States at least is that the temporary visas that have been issued for summer workers, for temporary workers for decades. This is not a new program, this has been around forever. Has been dramatically limited in numbers. We through our industry association appealed for a significant increase in the number of visas for temporary work visas for the last summer. And we got a small fraction, like one fifth of the employees that we would have needed because the lot of these positions are resorts.
