The Mayor's Yelling at Washington and Getting No Help

The city signed agreements in a lawsuit that said it would provide shelter to indigent homeless men in lodging houses. The settlement said men who have physical disability, mental disability or psychological disability shouldn't be living out on the street with nobody helping them and much of their own devices. So this is like Mayor Adams yelling at Washington and getting no help. I don't know what Governor Hochl is doing about it.
