This is sort of when we, I think around this time is when we sort of began picking up on this. It's not new by any means, but the particular imaginary that emerged about the state and its ability to deploy a range of methods to combat the epidemic. Meanwhile, it's like, okay, you've got all of these pillars. And then various things that the administration is doing rhetorically or in terms of policy is just like knocking down each of the pillars over the subsequent months. They say, by the way, do they say what time and place that is? Yeah. Well, it certainly was not in their phone plan because their fall plan to just jog everyone's memory
