The hard truth is anyone who was paying attention knew this was coming. That as soon as we allowed the man who instigated a coup back into the Oval Office dark days were ahead, so now we must do everything we can to not only prioritize getting these people out of power - and winning every single election - but to hold the people who allowed this accountable so we never find ourselves in this position again. The rules need to change. The institutions need to change. The power structure needs to change. And that starts today, with us, and finishes with a whole new group of voters who have no loyalty to how it was, but know it can be better than this.
