CoinDesk, Nick Day, and Sandra Leehonda-Gama Report on Silvergate
Silvergate Capital was downgraded to Underweight from Neutral by Big Bang JP Morgan. The crypto-friendly firm said that it was evaluating its ability to continue as a going concern and delayed the filing of its annual report yesterday. Publicly traded exchange Coinbase is no longer using Silvergate to facilitate its dollar payments for its larger institutional customers.
