The Importance of a Process in Education

I think that's something too we don't address in education when we do these things like my workshop. The challenge though through workshops too is that I only get one day and there's I could probably spend like you know at least a month teaching people every single day a different skill which is really hard. You have to have the right leadership or be able to have an in with management for them to support what you're trying to achieve. There are ways to do that it's not that you need to find a CEO from heaven like I say about Matt our CEO who pretty much has hired me with no experience and said make UX happen.
