The Importance of Stabilizing Communication

In March, we were talking about working toward August 1st as a major milestone to let us know if we're on the right track. How did that pan out? What did or didn't go according to plan? Yeah. There was like nothing major, major missteps because we went into and we still have it,. But we've basically decided now, like we now, now August 1st next year is the new card. Like that's not a joke. And so what worked was a direct consumer. What didn't work was our timing, for sure.
