The Church's Making Mistakes in the Matter of Sexuality

The church's approach to masturbation, to homosexuality was it's a sin to even have the thoughts or the feelings of being gay or lesbian or bisexual. And so, you know, tens of thousands of Mormon couples were counseled by their bishops to enter into mixed orientation marriages that almost always ended catastrophically with children often as collateral damage. That just shows that the church leaders can make mistakes even if they don't like to always be really explicit about that.
