What Do You Think About the Economy and Recession?
The terminal rate was going to 5.75 before the collapse of the SCP. But now it's falling back to just right below 5%. And I think that given our prediction of what the Fed would do, which is another height of 25 bits, so that they get the Fed's funds rate to 5%. Maybe there was signal in theSCP just another 25 bits. The models are telling us something will break before September.
