What Happens Next if the Supreme Court Strikes COVID?
Biden has a backup plan in case his student debt relief program implodes. If the court does strike this program, it's probably gonna leave some room for the administration to come back and try to do a case by case relief plan. It would not surprise me at all if the court sort of thrusts this burden onto individual borrowers instead of allowing them to just fill out a form and get $10,000 wiped out overnight.
