The Incapacitation Loophole

There are a couple loopholes that we were focusing on, we being the coalition against sexual assault. The second loophole that was pretty gaping to us was an incapacitation loophole. And so we fixed that as well. So you n a lot really there to unpack. I went on a couple of visits with you to legislators. It's not what you see on t lee or on some movie. Alot times it is taking a very complex issue, in boiling it down, for a legislature to really wrap their mind around.
