We have a tremendous amount of mutual respect for each other, so our disagreements are never personal. We usually use logic and reasoning sort of solve it. When it came to strategy, where are we taking the company? What do we want to build in the long term? I think that's where we spent more time together. And i think, you know, one of the thigs that we always talk about s at's stragedyes, what you don't do titspposed to what you decide to do.
