Will Justice Kagan Become a Dissenter in the Vein of Sonia Sotamama?

Justice bryer will leave a real hole in the fabric of the court, just because of his outlook. He worked hard to try to get a, first of all, the chief, justice john roberts, to work with him for some sort of consensus. And he had a real partner in elena kagan who's another liberal, but someone who takes a more strategic, tactical approach toward finding some middle ground. So i think that a justice is coming on the bench now, is a justice that is going to be dissenting, and that isgoing to be joining to women who are really quite good at dissenting.
