Republicans are fighting culture wars, basically in these military funding battles. John Thune said it about Tommy Tuberville: All they're doing is they're hurting America's readiness. I'm telling you, it was on the Armed Services Committee and pointed there four times. Nothing drives military leaders, nothing drives the rank and file craze here than people fighting culture wars.
