Let the Bass Player Play the Base
Let the professionals be professional, and you'll always have a better team that gives you a better show. Ray says he was never particularly good at sports but has learnt through kids to focus on what i'm good at. The only reason why you would want to control those things is because you've got an insecurity pointye. And so now it's exactly what you say. It's let the base player play the base. You're hiring somebody to do, to do sound, or to do lights. I don't do that. But ultimately, by trying to to control this sort of chaos, all you'r gong to do is make yourself mad.
