The Importance of Intentional Learning

I think what you're describing with explicit knowledge is almost like hands on learning where people say like they're not book smart, but they can learn by doing. And I feel like that is very much how I operate. I'm not great at retaining information that I have read. Like it's better if I take notes on it and can kind of retain it that way. But I always need a purpose. That's part of why I wanted to do this podcast because it's given me a purpose to try and go back to my roots and learn things that I know I've learned in the past or I guess to relearn things.
