Joel Osteen: If you don't make a decision to put your big rocks in first then what's going to happen is all the other less important things are going to take up the space and you'll never get the big rocks in. Another important thing is we need to learn to stay focused on the main thing that we're called to do. He says quality is more important than quantity.
