Our guest for this episode is George Magnus, the former chief economist at UBS. He is now an independent economist and a research associate at Oxford University's China Center. In 1993 he made his first visit to China as a rookie foreign exchange economist. "I feel like at best I have, I'm sort of a tourist when it comes to understanding China," says Magnus.
