The Screen Actors Guild Contract Expires at Midnight Tonight
Screen Actors Guild contract with the studios expires at midnight tonight. Tensions are high right now after two months of a writer strike in which all new productions have been stopped, and an actors strike would halt all remaining production. Netflix may be better positioned than most because it has so much production overseas where actors and writers don't belong to these US-based guilds.
