A Thousand Acres Is Not Yours

Douglas had all the power when blanchard asked about a thousand his a thousand acres. He was told only he could farm it because no hpc employees were available to work the land. Blancher would be using his own money to buy supplies and going broke. The house was not big enough to host any civic events the problem. It's gonna have lovely indoor plumbing though. Have they really done myself there?
