CNN's Brian Stelter spoke with Republican Rep. Nathan Lomax in New York state. He said the red way didn't happen for a few reasons, including that Donald Trump is not popular there. The seats that are going to end up being lost when the dust is settled will be basically all in Upstate New York and Long Island according to Stelter.
